- Data Gathering
- Formulate design in accordance to data gathered with 3 P’s (Practical, Possible, and Profitable)
- Formulate bid specifications and tender documents such as Design, Layout Drawings, Specifications, and Breakdown of Materials (BOM)
- Reviewed and approved by a Registered Professional Electronics Engineer (PECE)
